Honest review: My Oura ring shows drastic sleep quality improvement since taking Hologram which has been my biggest sore point in my health. During the day I have more stable energy levels and feel like my fitness regimen has been more effective without making any changes. That could be from the supplement itself or the improved sleep but either way I attribute it to Hologram! 🙌🏽 I did not experience negative side effects but I did always take it with food to avoid stomach discomfort!
